Welcome to the ATF Coaching yoga portal! Think of this area as something that can elevate your training program, practices that will enhance your phsyical and mental develoment and help you find greater balance and acceptance within your fitness journey and life.

Every Month, you can expect two new videos in the yoga portal, you’ll be updated when they are live on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of a given month.

As a yoga teacher and someone who has had their own personal practice for close to a decade, sharing the profound benefits that intergrating aspects of yoga can have is something that I’m so proud and humbled to do. Over time this portal will expand and include more diverse offerings based on clients wants and needs, so any feedback is always welcome on what you would like to see more of!
